PfL has also produced a short memorandum & associated questionnaire to support the creation of the procurement strategy and tender pack for this procurement exercise. All feedback will help PfL to better understand the market, supplier appetite, capacity, and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities of this procurement. In order to review and respond to the memorandum and questionnaire interested suppliers will need to register on [risqs.org](https://www.risqs.org/) completed questionnaires should be forwarded to: [v\_paulbarrett@tfl.org.uk](mailto:v_paulbarrett@tfl.org.uk) by 12:00 on the 21 JAN 2026.
