Transport Scotland, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wishes to progress a procurement competition for a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement, to cover 3 years with a 1-year extension option, will be available for use by Regional Transport Partnerships and other Scottish Government Directorates. The framework will consist of a number of Lots. The following list may expand or be consolidated following market engagement: - Lot 1 is for Transport Modelling and Data services relating to Transport Planning; - Lot 2 is for Advice on the Case for Transport Investment; - Lot 3 is for Island Connectivity Advisory and Support - Lot 4 is for Transport Planning Advisory and Support It is proposed that each Lot will comprise a minimum of 3 suppliers and a maximum of 5 suppliers. It is proposed that Call-off contracts less than 100 000 GBP may be called off on rotation.
