It is expected that flexible, culturally appropriate approaches will be used and that suppliers will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of inequalities in Glasgow City. This should include barriers for people who experience multiple vulnerabilities, particularly people with mental health conditions and people with a history of problematic alcohol and drug misuse. The successful supplier(s) will work collaboratively with existing partnerships and, where appropriate, form new partnerships with a range of voluntary and statutory organisations.
