Our intention is that a final version of the BSIP should be completed by April 2026. While this work will build on the existing BSIPs produced by the City of York Council (CYC) and North Yorkshire Council (NYC), it should set out a path to deliver the Mayor's ambition to significantly improve the quality of bus services across the YNYCA area. As part of this work, we will also require the consultants to set out a detailed plan for how the current Enhanced Partnerships (EPs), which CYC and NYC have in place, could be replaced by a new YNYCA-wide EP. ## CPV classification Transport services (excl.
