Following completion of discovery and requirements definition, this procurement exercise aims to replace or acquire net new systems across the following capability areas: Engineer-to-order: end-to-end lifecycle covering estimating, design, engineering, planning, manufacturing, production, and as-built handover; Core finance: record-to-report, project financial management, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed assets, payments and banking, employee expenses, and FP&A; Procurement and inventory: contract management, sourcing, stock control, supply chain, and warehouse management; HCM: core HR, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and workforce management (including time and attendance); and Payroll: in-house payroll capability, integrated with finance systems, supporting employee self-service.
