The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 2 years from the 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2028 with the option to extend for a further for 1 year at the Council's discretion. This contract will be procured through an open tender process in accordance with the requirements of Section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023.
