The procurement was conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Light Touch Regime. EMF1 will provide a flexible and accessible route to market for a range of event management and delivery services. The framework agreement will have an initial term of four years, with the option to extend for two further periods of up to 12 months each.
