Being able to purchase as part of a group helps residents access these products for a more competitive price versus doing so on their own on the open market. A new expert partner will help the Council provide residents with access to high quality solar PV, retrofit battery storage, electric vehicle charge points, and for the first time, heat pumps (ground and/or air-source).
