Evaluations are now complete. This procurement was run as a competitive process (with multi-provider award) under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract covers the provision of domiciliary care for adults eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare and is applicable to local Providers with a CQC-registered service location within 3 miles of NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB. The contract includes both non-specialist and specialist domiciliary care services under defined Care Tiers.Applications were open from 17 November 2025 and closed at 5:00 pm on 5 January 2026. Applications were evaluated between 6 January 2026 and 6 March 2026. Services will commence from 1 April 2026.
