[Procurement Act 2023, section 85](https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2023/54/section/85) - Open procedure Anyone can submit a full tender; there is no shortlisting stage. ## About this tender The approximate budget is £15,000 per annum for these Services across the Borough, and the budget will be set annually to align with the tree inspection findings and the Services required. The Authority would like to award a contract to begin November 2025 and run for 29 months with an option to extend for a further 3 years on an annual basis.
