[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Department of Health and Social Care has entered into a contract for the deliver of the National HIV Prevention (England) Programme for the next 3 financial years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The programme focusses on populations disproportionately affected by HIV in whom the evidence demonstrates a higher or emerging burden of infection, or specific challenges in accessing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care. This includes, but is not limited to, white GBMSM, ethnic minority GBMSM, black African heterosexual women, black African heterosexual men and other ethnic minority heterosexuals. The Programme aims to: - Improve awareness, knowledge, understanding and uptake of combination HIV prevention interventions, among populations most affected by HIV; - Provide targeted HIV testing which reaches communities with unmet need to reduce the undiagnosed population and proportion of late diagnoses and reduce pressures on the NHS, supporting wider government priorities.
