The services will cover cleaning (aligned to NHS standards), waste management, security, reception, patient catering, retail and hospitality, courier logistics, car park management, a 24/7 helpdesk, pest control, window cleaning, grounds and gardens maintenance, patient laundry, portering, water management, meeting room refreshments, and associated administrative support, with subcontracting permitted under the contract.
