To meet this need, the council intends to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement for taxi and private hire services that shall support a range of transport requirements, including (but not limited to) services for Integrated Day Services, wider social care provision, housing, education, corporate and elected members for staff-related travel. Further information on the Lots, including applied Sub-Lots is detailed below. Full information on the Details of Requirements to be applied within the framework agreement are detailed in ITT Annex 1 available via PCS-Tender. This procurement procedure is a replacement to the one referenced NLC-CPT-25-076 that was abandoned in December 2025. Tenderers are therefore required to submit a new Tender in accordance with the conditions stated within this procurement procedure as previously submitted tenders will not be considered. ## CPV classification Taxi services Non-scheduled passenger transport Hire of passenger transport vehicles with driver Hire of passenger cars with driver Road transport services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-059cea-2026-07-07T09:00:32+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-059cea-2026-07-07T09:00:32+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
