The requirement will be procured as nine interoperable lots, allowing suppliers to bid for one or more lots, covering key functions including permits and vouchers, PCN processing and enforcement, suspensions, cycle hangars, cashless parking, fixed penalty notices, markets and street trading, parking infrastructure maintenance, and abandoned vehicle processing. The procurement will be run as an open competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, using a staged evaluation approach.
