The role includes protection of revenue and performing revenue inspection activity on bus. The contractor would be required to supply high calibre, customer-centric personnel on a 24/7 basis, level of which will vary dependent on levels of service provision. It is expected that the awarded supplier will work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the TfGM TravelSafe Operations Manager, this is designed to guide and inform TSEO taskings and deployments, use of relevant tactics and access wider partnership opportunities.
