Acting as a strategic method for improving service operations and cutting expenses, minimising the risk of exposure to Beneficiaries of the Framework and ensuring value for money on all managed service requirements. Services delivered under the Framework will capture and deliver all elements typically and specifically involved and/or associated with neutral vendor and fully managed services.
