The borough currently operates a network of 96 cycle hangars providing secure on‐street bicycle storage for residents, with planned expansion to approximately 221 hangars by March 2028. The contract covers the provision of a fully managed service, including the installation (where required), rental administration, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all existing and future Council‐owned cycle hangars across the borough.
