The SRG hosts meetings four times a year comprising community and statutory partners where specific themes are discussed. The contract will start in January 2026 for an initial term of two years (annual value of £30,000, totalling £60,000 over the initial period). There will be one option to extend for a further two years ( £60,000 if extension is exercised). An additional £30,000 has been provisionally allocated to allow for potential future variations to the contract, such as changes in scope or service requirements and pricing flexibility, subject to appropriate governance.
