As well as 'the offer,' the business plan should include recommendations on how the partnership itself should operate to maximise value for students, STEP, employers, and the supply chain, including its governance model. ## CPV classification Business and management consultancy and related services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-056280-2026-02-13T10:57:13Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-056280-2026-02-13T10:57:13Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
