The Authority will move exclusively to a fully digital system of managing TROs because of this procurement. Currently the Authority produces circa 100 permanent TROs a year with another approximately 2139 (TTROs) being made annually. Permanent TROs will be almost exclusively map based (digital). The contract is for the supply and support of an IT system that will manage the Authority's permanent and experimental TRO, allowing the Authority to draft, consult, make, display for the public and record TROs.
