The commissioned provider(s) will work collaboratively with partners across the public, voluntary and independent sectors to act as a key enabler of a strong, resilient and well connected VCS. The Council reserves the right to use the powers available to it under Section 21 of the Procurement Act 2023 and Schedule 8, paragraph 1(a) of the Procurement Act 2023.
