The geographical spread of Moat properties are Kent, London, Essex and Sussex. Ensuring 100% compliancy with Fire, Lifts, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical and Legionella services is something that Moat are very proud of being able to achieve. We are now looking for an experienced single provider to support us in maintaining 100% compliance by delivering LOLER Inspections to both passenger and domestic lifts in Moat properties.
