The scope of works will include a range of responsive and minor planned works typically associated with the maintenance and improvement of residential housing stock. These works may include, but are not limited to: - responsive repairs - void property works and reinstatement - disrepair related works - damp, condensation and mould (DCM) related works - aftercare defect works - enabling and ad-hoc investment works The services will be delivered across multiple geographic regions and will include works undertaken within occupied residential properties, communal areas and external building fabric.
