These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. The next scheduled communication will be the release of the Tender Notice. ### UPDATE 15/10/2026 NHS Shared Business Services would like to advise that the release of the Invitation to Tender for the Public Sector Construction Consultancy Framework is delayed from the planned timetable and most recent communications. The procurement is currently progressing through the commercial assurance spend control approval process, therefore at this stage there is no confirmed date for when approval will be received. The revised estimated release date is now mid-November. Depending on the release date, the tender period will be extended to give a tender return of late January 2027, which would accommodate the Christmas period.
