Water efficiency in England and Wales is at a critical juncture. We're using more water than nature can replace and as our population grows and climate change persists, there is growing pressure on our water supply. The 23red WEC Collective, a consortium of organisations will design and deliver a nationwide behaviour-change campaign to help households and businesses build positive, year-round water-saving behaviours.
