At the time the contract was between East Berkshire CCG and the East Berkshire Primary Care (EBPC) to run an outreach service in each of the locality areas in East Berkshire as part of the out of hours contract. In 2023 the budget and commissioning responsibilities were transferred over to the PCNs who continued to commission the service with the same provider. In April 2025 the PCN served EBPC with 3 months' notice, they would no longer continue commissioning the service.
