Works include window upgrades, M&E replacement, fire safety improvements, roof and facade repairs, drainage and communal area upgrades. The contract will be delivered through a Pre-Construction Services phase, Enabling Works phase and Main Works phase. The building will remain occupied throughout, requiring phased delivery, resident decants, stakeholder engagement and support for Building Safety Regulator approvals.
