The scope is covered as follows: - Lot 1 Individual Heating Contract A (North of the Borough, Contract B (South of the Borough) - Lot 2 District Heating Contract C (North of the Borough) and Contract D (South of the Borough) Each for a period of five years from April 2027 with the option to extend up to a further five years (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance).
