Orbit intend to award 2 contracts per region, with responsibilities divided between the contractors as follows: Minor Repairs and Empty Homes, or Workstream 1 ### Major Repairs and Overflow, or Workstream 2 The contracts will be for an initial term of of five (5) years with option to extend for a period of two (2) periods of one (1) year, giving a total of seven (7) years.
