The services to be tendered for comprise the full range of asbestos removal works including both licensed and non-licensed activities. Staffordshire County Council (SCC) will use the Contract Managing Agent, currently Entrust, for delivery of contracted works via this framework for properties maintained and controlled by the County Council. The Contract Managing Agent will be responsible for the operational management of the Framework on behalf of the County Council.
