Scope covers reactive, standard void repairs, complex void, disrepair, major works, refurbishment and replacement works and services to any Great Places property. Emergency call-out within four hours is also required for Lots 1, 3, 5,7. Lots will be split by trade and region: 1 Multi-trade 2 Damp works 3 Electrical 4 Clean, Clear & Gardens 5 Drainage 6 Scaffolding 7 Roofing - North -includes North Greater Manchester, Lancashire, South Cumbria, and northern Merseyside. - South - includes South and East Greater Manchester, Cheshire, South Yorkshire, North Staffordshire, and Derbyshire. An optional sub-Lot C will assess most advantageous tender for sub-Lot A & B combined. Sub-Lot C values are estimated on the total of A & B and included in the 'Description' of each Lot.
