This contract is split into two lots as follows, with one supplier appointed per lot. - Lot 1 Air Cooled Chillers; and - Lot 2 Close Control Units (CCUs). The initial contract period is for 3 years from 1st February 2026 to 31st January 2029. The University has two options to extend for periods of 1-year each, potentially taking the contract through to 31st January 2031 (3+1+1).
