This procurement was conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is let in accordance with Chapter 3 and Schedule 3 (Social and other specific services) of the Regulations. The Framework Agreement is let for an initial term of three (3) years. The contracting authority, at its absolute sole discretion, may exercise an option to extend the Framework Agreement at the end of the initial term for a further one (1) year period, subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement and satisfactory performance of the framework providers. There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement. Note, the estimated total value (£28,000,000 excl. VAT) stated within this contract award notice is based on the initial 3-year term of the Framework Agreement plus an optional 12-month extension.
