The Flexible Purchasing System FPS will efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet needs of vulnerable people in Bolton. The Flexible Purchasing System has been divided into the following 2 Lots: - Lot 1 Adults Prevention Services - Lot 2 Childrens Prevention Services The term of the Flexible Purchasing System will be for four (4) years depending on the date the Procurement Act 2023 becomes law. This will be confirmed once the Procurement Act will become live.
