For clarity, the scope of services to be provided under this Flexible Framework Agreement fall within the definition of a “social and other specific” service under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Notwithstanding the term framework agreement this procurement is utilising the flexibility provided for within Section 7 of the Regulations in particular Regulation 76.
