The Council wishes to replace its current Integrated Residential and Nursing Care Framework with the Bradford and District Residential and Nursing Care Homes Provider List - a Dynamic Purchasing System operating under the Light Touch Regime, which will create a list of accredited Providers. This system is a more flexible, straight-forward approach for organisations that wish to apply in order to receive business from the Council and CCG.
