The scope also includes the decommissioning and removal of existing gas-fired boilers serving the system and their replacement with steam-to-LTHW packaged plate heat exchanger (PHE) units, complete with all necessary steam, condensate return, LTHW distribution, controls integration, insulation, builders’ works, electrical supplies, and BMS interfaces.
