Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years and will then be a rolling contract until terminated. A minimum of 12-weeks' notice by either party to be given in writing to terminate the contract.
