The contract will cover the full lifecycle of metering and billing operations, including data management, customer billing, payment collection, customer service, and regulatory compliance. The appointed supplier will work closely with Hackney’s DBOM (Design, Build, Operate and Maintain) contractor to ensure efficient service delivery to around 1,300 residential and commercial connections across the Colville and Britannia developments.
