Continuing to utilise the services of the support hub provided by Lynnfield will ensure consistency of approach for the children and families involved as well as effective transition support to other primary and secondary settings for the children. Hartlepool Virtual School will retain oversight of the programme and will have clear and open communications with the provider in relation to expectations together with any adaptations required for the support over the duration of this proposed agreement. In essence, the funding will primarily cover staff costs with the remainder being used for resources. This is a contract extension of the arrangement in place from 01/09/23 to 31/08/25.
