The purpose of these works is to allow for the installation of a landfill capping system to meet regulatory requirements and a wetlands system to allow for the further treatment of leachate.. The contract shall include delivery, receiving, off-loading, setting into position, fixing, erection, building testing, commissioning and finishing in every respect of the Capping and Constructed Wetlands including contractor design elements (e.g. leachate pump and SCADA integration).
