The framework will support property disposals, acquisitions, and valuations for social housing and related assets. We are seeking input from the market to: - Understand supplier capability and capacity within North Wales. - Encourage participation from local estate agencies and valuers with strong regional market knowledge. Interested suppliers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including: - Company details and contact information. - Confirmation of services offered (estate agency, valuation, or both). - Geographic coverage within North Wales. - Any experience working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) or similar housing providers. EOIs should be submitted via email to by 5pm Thursday, 4th December. Please note, this is not a call for competition. Participation in this engagement does not grant any advantage in the subsequent procurement process.
