These include the Community Alcohol and Drug Service and the Children and Young Peoples Service. Collectively they support over 3,450 individuals who engaged in structured treatment for illicit drugs and/or alcohol use, or non-structured tier 2 treatment. Data relating to each of these individuals, which complies with the national core data set, must be entered into a system by Authorised Users. This data is currently entered onto centralised web-based system, locally entitled Oxfordshire Treatment Information System (OTIS). The objective for the System requirement is: - Provision of a fully relational business specific management information system capable of delivering a 'single system' solution for most aspects of service delivery pertaining to individuals engaging with Council commissioned service providers in the Oxfordshire drug and alcohol treatment services. - A system which can 'interact with' relevant existing Council systems and Council commissioned service systems to draw down and also submit specified data (see Specification Supplement A). - A system which can provide core data to National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) The contract period is 30 months, commencing on 1 April 2026. There are no options to extend the contract period.
