This provision will form part of the Council's wider housing strategy to ensure safe, secure, and appropriate accommodation for vulnerable households, with a particular focus on family units requiring urgent placement. The proposed service model will incorporate both accommodation and support functions. Registered providers of social housing will be expected to deliver a supported housing offer, which includes tailored assistance to residents aimed at promoting tenancy sustainment, financial resilience, and pathways into settled accommodation.
