The project will also deliver a reconfigured internal layout with relocated planters, ponds, and walkways; upgraded mechanical, electrical, and horticultural systems; and refurbished event spaces, foyers, and visitor facilities. Improved lighting, accessibility features, and sustainable planting will enhance both public use and private event potential.
