[Procurement Act 2023, section 85](https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2023/54/section/85) - Open procedure Anyone can submit a full tender; there is no shortlisting stage. ## About this tender We are procuring a winter bird disturbance survey, which its aim is to supplement visitor and desk-based work with detailed ornithological fieldwork. In some parts of the Humber Estuary we know birds are often well away from any sources of disturbance and access levels in some locations are very low. Rather than attempt to cover the entire estuary, resources should be targeted to three particular survey point locations selected for their importance for birds and where it was recognised there could be access issues, i.e. areas where access and birds overlap. • Humberstone Fitties • Cleethorpes Leisure Centre • Pyewipe ## CPV classification Environmental services Analysis services Monitoring and control services Environmental monitoring other than for construction Environmental protection Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-05aa3a-2025-11-17T16:00:36Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-05aa3a-2025-11-17T16:00:36Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
