Please note that although a Contract Notice is being used to advertise this tendering opportunity, the Services required are exempt from the Procurement Act 2023 (The Act) as per section Schedule 2 paragraph 14 of The Act. Therefore the Services being procured are not deemed 'Light Touch'. Due to the nature of the requirement, it is neither practical nor desirable to divide the proposed contract into lots.
