The project involves the strip-out and refurbishment of internal and external areas. Works include removal of existing services, partitions, finishes, and sanitaryware, followed by installation of new internal partitions, doorsets, sanitaryware, mechanical and electrical systems, and finishes. External works include rainwater goods repairs, render cleaning, and paving reinstatement.
