The evaluation will assess how the reforms have influenced registered providers, outcomes for tenants and the quality of social homes. It will help RSH demonstrate accountability for delivery of its consumer objectives and inform our future regulatory approach. The supplier will be expected to use appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods to provide credible, independent findings. This notice is issued to seek early market views on the feasibility of the evaluation, possible approaches and supplier capability.
