Within the Contracts, we are looking for contractors who will manage – Defect correction and planned maintenance across 180 sites. What we are looking for: Local construction companies with the knowledge and expertise to undertake our works within our safety systems. An example but not exhaustive list of works covered under this framework would be: - General Building Work - Roofing works, flat and pitched - Plumbing & Drainage systems - General Building Work - Fencing - Metal & fabrication works - Painting & Decoration - Joinery & Carpentry - Bricklaying - Cladding - Plastering - Groundworks - Mechanical & electrical in conjunction with general building works - Large Doors Overhaul - Winter maintenance With an expected total Contact value across all lots and suppliers of up to £5.5 million (approx. £30k per site) this gives the opportunity for small new to SSEN contractors to deliver these essential maintenance works on sites all over Scotland.
